Senior Software Developer, Front End, Applied AI Agent Studio

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. * 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages. * 3 years of experience with front-end and user interface development. * 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software product. * 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. * 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. * 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role. * Experience developing accessible technologies. The Developer Experience/Customer Experience Agent Studio (CXAS) Console team is harnessing the power of Google's next generation agentic development platform to empower anyone to build enterprise grade agents. We work across the development lifecycle - build, evaluate, deploy, monitor and optimize, extending the console, and re-imagining workflows in an agentic era. Our work is an intersection of AI centric workflows, in an evolving AI infused front-end serving customers around the world at scale. In this role, you be understanding how AI can be used reliably in real world scenarios, with high profile customers, both in creating agents, and running them. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Design and develop scalable, highly responsive user interfaces for the CXAS Console, empowering developers to seamlessly build, evaluate, deploy, monitor, and optimize enterprise-grade generative AI agents. * Architect and implement intuitive, AI-centric workflows that simplify complex agent configurations, directly contributing to an evolving AI-infused front end that serves customers globally at scale. * Build robust, performant front-end components capable of managing real-time interactions, data visualizations, and testing interfaces for agents engaging in complex, open-ended dialogues and autonomous tasks. * Collaborate closely with UX design, product management, and ML engineering partners to translate ambiguous technical constraints into intuitive, user-centric front-end solutions. * Provide front-end architectural oversight, set UI engineering best practices, and coach team members to drive engineering excellence within a changing, collaborative environment.

Design and develop scalable, responsive user interfaces for the CXAS Console to support the lifecycle of enterprise-grade generative AI agents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, product management, and ML engineering to implement intuitive, AI-centric workflows.

Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of software development experience, including 3 years in front-end development. Candidates should possess strong skills in software architecture, data structures, and technical leadership.
