MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. * 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages. * 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field. * 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. * 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects. * Experience building or integrating with communication systems (e.g., telephony, WebRTC, chat) and AI agents. * Experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), or conversational AI systems, especially in the development of AI agents or agentic frameworks. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive the end-to-end development and technical design for integrating AI agents across various first- and third-party chat and voice surfaces, guiding the team through complex performance and reliability challenges. * Partner closely with Product Management, UX, and AI research teams to translate complex requirements into AI-powered customer support experience. * Lead technical relationship-building and co-development efforts with key external partners to ensure their technologies integrate seamlessly with our platform. * Apply deep technical knowledge in telephony, chat, or Generative AI to guide product direction and successfully navigate complex technical trade-offs. * Deliver in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment to accelerate development and deliver robust solutions in a rapidly evolving domain.

Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of software development experience. Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate degree and expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and complex system architecture.
