MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience with full stack development using Java or Kotlin. * 2 years of experience with Android application development. * Experience in computer science, data structures, algorithms and software design. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. * 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms. * 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. * 3 years of experience working in a structured organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects. * Experience leveraging AI development tools. * Ability to quickly prototype and iterate on new ideas, moving fast from concept to product delivery while meeting high delivery standards. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Write product or system development code. * Contribute to existing documentation or educational content and adapt content based on product/program updates and user feedback. * Design, build, and iterate on Android-stack software projects. * Maintain strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product Management, UX Design) and other development teams to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. * Utilize strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues in a distributed system environment.

The developer will design, build, and iterate on Android-stack software projects while maintaining code quality and system documentation. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose technical issues and ensure successful project delivery.

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in full-stack development with Java or Kotlin and Android application development. Preferred qualifications include a postgraduate degree and several years of experience in technical leadership and large-scale system design.
