NetSuite Data Steward (Part-Time Contract | Remote

GotoFastLane Inc. is looking for an experienced NetSuite Data Steward to support NetSuite implementation and data migration projects for global clients. If you have experience with NetSuite, ERP data migration, master data management, and Excel, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities * Prepare, cleanse, map, validate, and reconcile master and transactional data for NetSuite. * Coordinate data collection with business stakeholders. * Support mock loads, production loads, reconciliations, and post-load validation. * Identify and resolve data quality issues. * Maintain data trackers, issue logs, and migration documentation. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover, and post-go-live stabilization. * Ensure data governance standards are followed for customers, vendors, items, Chart of Accounts, subsidiaries, and other master data. Qualifications * Experience with NetSuite implementations, ERP data migration, or master data management. * Strong understanding of NetSuite records, CSV imports, Saved Searches, and reporting. * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation). * Knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. * Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

The role involves preparing, cleansing, and validating master and transactional data for NetSuite implementations. The steward will coordinate with stakeholders to support mock loads, production loads, and post-go-live stabilization.

Candidates must have experience with NetSuite implementations, ERP data migration, and advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of O2C, P2P, and R2R business processes is required.
