As Regional Manager, your work extends across five remote communities situated within one of Canada's most spectacular northern regions. Travel becomes part of adventure. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $127,238 - $152,003 Paid Benefits: $ 22,678 - $23,583 in the first year Bilingual bonus: $1,200 (if applicable) Defined Benefit Pension, comprehensive health and dental benefits Relocation support, up to 21 days of accommodation Northern Tax Deductions Deferred Salary Leave Program Generous leave and work-life balance Requirements A bachelor’s degree in social work 5 years direct experience as a child and family services social worker, and; 2 years of direct experience supervising child and family services programs. Completion of a Master in Social Work and/or a Management Program would be an asset. Lead and manage child and family services across five remote communities in the Sahtu region. Build strong relationships with Elders and community leaders to ensure an integrated model of care.

Requires a bachelor's degree in social work with 5 years of direct experience as a child and family services social worker. Must have at least 2 years of experience supervising child and family services programs.
