Regional Sales Manager Location: Remote (Canada) – Candidates must be based in Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver, Montreal, or Edmonton. Duration: Full Time Key Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in the electric power systems industry Strong relationships with Transmission, Distribution, and Generation Utilities Experience selling protection relays, disturbance fault recorders, or related power system products Proven success in complex technical sales and large account development Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills Experience with channel partners and business development Ability to travel up to 50% Responsibilities Manage and grow existing utility and industrial customer accounts Identify and develop new business opportunities Drive product approvals and market penetration Develop channel partner relationships Meet regional sales and order booking targets Participate in industry events, trade shows, and technical conferences Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports Work closely with technical support and customer service teams Preferred Background Protective relays, fault recorders, substation automation, power system protection, monitoring, or control systems Utility industry sales experience Strong technical understanding of secondary power system equipment

Ce que vous ferez

Manage and grow existing utility and industrial customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities. Drive product approvals and market penetration, and maintain CRM records while providing regular sales activity reports.

Exigences

Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, along with 10+ years of sales experience in the electric power systems industry. Strong relationships with utilities and experience selling related power system products are essential.
