Apply today and help us build what matters. Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Coordinator to support the Buildings Division. Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is integral to coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control throughout the pre-construction, construction, and close-out phases of medium to large ICI projects valued between $40M and $500M+. Working closely with senior staff, the Project Coordinator ensures efficient project execution and compliance with company standards. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Coordinate Project Activities: Update schedules and budgets, maintain cost control, and monitor labour, material, and equipment throughout all project phases Manage Documentation: Assist with drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and maintain QA/QC and safety records Support Meetings & Reporting: Attend project meetings, record minutes, track action items, and provide timely progress reports to the Project Manager Oversee Change Management: Monitor change processes, identify and track change events, and prepare documentation for review Ensure Safety & Quality Compliance: Implement and monitor the Project Specific Safety Plan (PSSP) and Quality Plan (PSQP), including KPIs and NCRs The Right Tools for the Job Education: Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling and project management software; strong coordination, documentation Skills Experience: Minimum 4+ years in a general contracting environment Compensation Salary Range $75,000 to $98,000 per annum Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience Flexible, comprehensive Health & Dental benefits plan designed to support your well‑being #PC #OntarioJobs Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
