Your Impact Starts Here Graham is actively recruiting for a Project Director to support the Infrastructure Division, with a strong focus on major transit projects. Reporting to the Senior Operations Director, this experienced construction leader will play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure work across the GTHA, with a particular emphasis on Metrolinx programs and transit-related scope. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Lead Complex Infrastructure Projects: Deliver large-scale transit and infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage Contracts & Budgets: Oversee project resources, cost control, and ensure compliance with complex contract structures (including public sector/transit frameworks). Build Stakeholder Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with clients, including Metrolinx and transit authorities, as well as subcontractors and key project partners. Guide Project Teams: Provide leadership, establish performance expectations, and drive execution excellence across multidisciplinary teams. Drive Growth in Transit: Support business development efforts, contribute to strategic pursuits, and represent Graham within the transit and infrastructure sector The Right Tools for the Job Education: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: 15+ years of progressive construction experience in infrastructure, with significant exposure to transit projects within the GTHA/Metrolinx environment.
