Reporting to the Planner & Scheduler, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, preparing 3-week look-aheads, and creating advanced performance reports. Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site Create and Maintain Schedules - Develop master schedules for complex projects and manage updates and look-aheads Analyze and Report Performance - Produce detailed reports and dashboards with earned value and variance analysis Manage Risks and Delays - Identify schedule risks, lead mitigation planning, and support time extension claims Collaborate Across Stakeholders - Coordinate with clients, subtrades, and teams to align design, procurement, and construction timelines Support Budget and Cash Flow - Monitor schedule impacts on budgets and cash flow, recommending corrective actions The Right Tools for the Job Education: Diploma or degree in Engineering or Construction Management (preferred) Experience: 5+ years in planning/scheduling for commercial building projects; general contractor experience required Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office; strong knowledge of scheduling, delay analysis techniques, and project management methodologies Compensation Salary Range $70,800 to $85,000 per annum Compensation aligned to education and experience, ensuring fair and competitive placement Three to five weeks of vacation, with additional credit for prior industry experience Flexible, comprehensive Health & Dental benefits plan designed to support your well‑being Lay the Foundation for Your Next Career Move.
