This multifaceted position combines customer service, scheduling, cleaning, office filing, and product stocking to create a seamless and productive environment for our team and clients. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Customer Service: *Contact our customers when they are due for maintenance, installations, or deliveries. Handle any incoming emails or calls. Deal with issues in a professional manner. * *Office Filing:* Organize and manage physical and digital records to ensure easy access to important information and documents. * *Product Stocking:* Maintain inventory levels of essential supplies and products, ensuring availability for staff and clients.
