What You’ll Do: As an Engineering Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in designing, reviewing, and managing hydraulic and service projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Reading and interpreting hydraulic schematics for mobile and industrial applications. Designing medium-level hydraulic circuits and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Reviewing electrical schematics and integrating hydraulic and electrical systems. Analyzing public tenders and client specifications to determine equipment requirements. Developing Bills of Materials (BOMs) for hydraulic packages and equipment. Utilizing SolidWorks for mechanical design and supporting engineering documentation. Writing technical specifications and assembly instructions for in-house or field Activities Providing customer consultation while executing various work activities. Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure quality and efficiency. What We're Looking For: We’re excited to meet candidates with the following qualifications: 5+ years of experience in fabrication and hydraulic design. Strong knowledge of hydraulic system design and schematics. Ability to develop and review medium-complexity hydraulic circuits. Familiarity with electrical schematics to integrate hydraulic-electrical systems. Proficiency in SolidWorks and knowledge of engineering best practices. Experience with technical writing, including shop instructions and specifications. Project estimation and procurement skills, including BOM development. Interest in continuous learning and skill advancement in the hydraulic industry.
