Junior Wall Finishes Applicator

Green Time Painting & Design is an established Ottawa company specializing in premium decorative wall finishes. We are hiring a Junior Applicator to join our crew. This is a hands-on role focused on limewash, Venetian plaster and microcement, along with general interior and exterior painting. It is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build specialized skills in high-end decorative finishing while working alongside experienced applicators. Responsibilities: Apply limewash, Venetian plaster and microcement finishes under supervision Complete general interior and exterior painting tasks as needed Prepare and prime surfaces prior to finishing Maintain a clean, organized job site and care for tools and materials Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members on residential and commercial projects Requirements: Minimum 2 years of painting or finishing experience Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation to job sites across the Ottawa area Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new techniques Comfortable following direction and working as part of a small crew What we offer: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience Full-time, year-round work Paid, hands-on training in limewash, Venetian plaster and microcement Low- and zero-VOC materials on every job Location: In person, across the Ottawa area.

The role involves applying specialized decorative finishes like limewash, Venetian plaster, and microcement under supervision. Additionally, the applicator will perform general interior and exterior painting and maintain a clean job site.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of painting or finishing experience and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work within a small crew are essential.
