As a Scheduling Coordinator Specialist, you will coordinate key aspects of our operations, from booking deliveries and installations to ensuring service calls are accurate and completed. You'll work closely with Order Desk, Project Managers, and Installation Managers while keeping our customers informed and confident every step of the way. Responsibilities * Input shipping lists into the CRM system (MarketSharp), create installation events, and confirm product arrivals. * Book product deliveries with vendors, align timelines with installations, and adjust calendars as needed. * Create and upload accurate work orders, track completion, and coordinate follow-up service when required. * Schedule measurement appointments within 7 days, ensure work orders are complete, and collaborate with internal teams and customers. * Respond to emails within 1 business day and maintain proactive communication with staff and clients. * Stay up to date on product updates, participate in training, and work with your manager on professional growth. Qualifications * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. * Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Detail-oriented and strong at problem-solving. * Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service preferred. * Proficiency with CRM software (MarketSharp experience an asset). * Be open to adapting to and learning new software programs as needed. * A strong customer service focus is essential.
