Windows & Doors Installer Apprentice

What You'll Do * Assist with residential window and door installations under the guidance of experienced installers * Learn to measure, prep, remove, and install window and door units safely and accurately * Use hand and power tools to perform installation tasks and finishing work * Support sealing, caulking, insulation, exterior finishing, and cleanup * Follow quality standards and safety procedures at every step * Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment * Participate in classroom training, supervised fieldwork, and ongoing coaching Program Highlights * Paid comprehensive training combining classroom sessions and on-site experience * 3 to 6-month structured apprenticeship program * Industry-recognized Greenfox Installer Certification upon completion * Ongoing mentorship and supervision even after certification * Full-time employment opportunity once certified * Limited seats available for highly motivated applicants Qualifications 1. Applicants located in the greater Edmonton area are preferred. However, remain open to qualified candidates from other locations. 2. Handy, mechanical, or construction aptitude is a strong asset 3. Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable with physical labor 4. Positive attitude and willingness to learn 5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle early start times 7. Must be legally entitled to work in Canada 8.
