Job Summary Conduct research and analysis to inform health policy development and program planning. Provide evidence-based recommendations and support evaluation of health initiatives. Number of Positions 5 Main Duties Design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research studies on health policy and program effectiveness. Analyze health data and research findings to identify trends, gaps, and policy implications. Prepare concise reports, policy briefs, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Develop evidence-based recommendations and contribute to the design or improvement of health programs. Coordinate consultations and liaise with stakeholders including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community groups. Monitor and evaluate program performance using established indicators and propose adjustments as needed. Requirements University degree in public health, health policy, health administration, economics, social sciences, or a related field. Minimum of two years of experience in health policy research, program evaluation, or a related role. Proven ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data using statistical or qualitative analysis software. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and presentations. Experience managing or contributing to project workplans, timelines, and stakeholder consultations. Ability to interpret health system information, guidelines, and policy documents and apply them in program contexts.
