Responsibilities Clean carpets, upholstery, area rugs, and related surfaces using professional equipment and eco-safe products. Drive a company vehicle to scheduled client appointments. Provide friendly, respectful, and professional service in clients’ homes and businesses. Manage daily schedules, job requirements, and service expectations with minimal supervision. Set up, operate, and complete light maintenance of cleaning equipment. Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled jobs promptly while maintaining high-quality results. Represent Greenway Carpet Cleaning with professionalism, care, and a positive attitude. Skills Strong communication skills and a courteous, customer-focused approach. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday. Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work. Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day. Physical ability to lift equipment and work on your feet for extended periods. Willingness to learn Greenway’s systems, standards, products, and equipment. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and various cleaning equipment used in commercial and residential cleaning environments. Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with clients and address their specific needs confidently. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of previous carpet cleaning experience preferred. Experience in labour, trades, moving, detailing, cleaning, or other hands-on work will be considered. Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
