This position is located at our branch located 6810 6th Street SE, Unit F, Calgary, AB T2H 2K4, with the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: * Pick and pick orders of sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers. * Load and unload delivery trucks both by hand and using a forklift. * Operate forklift and order picker. * Ship and receive orders using appropriate shipping software. * Receive and examine incoming material for discrepancies/damages. * Stock inventory when replenishment shipments come in. * Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into ERP system. * Use ERP system to track orders and answer questions for team members and customers. * Assist couriers and delivery drivers with manifest information and work to maximize delivery efficiency. * Perform accurate cycle counts of inventory. * Perform other duties as assigned (cleaning/sweeping warehouse, maintenance, special projects, etc.). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving/general labour experience. * Previous experience with ERP systems. * Current Forklift and Order Picker certifications considered an asset. Training can be provided. * Advanced/fluent skill levels of French or other languages are always a plus. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders while managing inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP system updates. They also perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading trucks and operating warehouse machinery like forklifts.

Candidates should have previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving roles and familiarity with ERP systems. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform tasks involving prolonged standing, bending, and climbing.
