Joining our warehouse team provides you with the opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting our groundbreaking work, ensuring seamless operations that fuel our company's success. This position is located at our branch located 6810 6th Street SE, Unit F, Calgary, AB T2H 2K4, with the hours of 8:30am-5:00pm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES: Pick and pick orders of sign supplies in preparation for shipping to customers. Load and unload delivery trucks both by hand and using a forklift. Operate forklift and order picker. Ship and receive orders using appropriate shipping software. Receive and examine incoming material for discrepancies/damages. Stock inventory when replenishment shipments come in. Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into ERP system. Use ERP system to track orders and answer questions for team members and customers. Assist couriers and delivery drivers with manifest information and work to maximize delivery efficiency. Perform accurate cycle counts of inventory. Perform other duties as assigned (cleaning/sweeping warehouse, maintenance, special projects, etc.). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Previous warehouse/shipping/receiving/general labour experience. Previous experience with ERP systems. Current Forklift and Order Picker certifications considered an asset. Training can be provided. Advanced/fluent skill levels of French or other languages are always a plus. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires the ability to lift, push, pull and carry tools and warehouse materials weighing 70+ pounds on a frequent basis. Requires prolonged standing or walking, frequent bending, stooping, and reaching daily. Requires the ability to climb ladders to pick or put away products. Requires a full range of physical motion to operate manual and electrically powered tools and machines (i.e., forklift) BENEFITS: High potential for growth.
