Position: Machine Maintenance - Night Shift 11:30 pm - 7:30 am Position Summary Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineer, the incumbent is responsible to maintain equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures. The incumbent will carry out maintenance and repairs on machines and equipment. Job Responsibilities: Continuously improve processes to enhance quality, reduce cycle time, and lower machine costs. Provide technical support to the manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on equipment as per prescribed maintenance procedures. Minimize and prevent downtime for all production machines through proactive troubleshooting and repair. Install, set up, and integrate new equipment into production lines. Assist with the installation of new equipment, implementation of new processes, and introduction of new products. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for each product and production process. Identify, order, and manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability. Provide technical support for setup and changeover of all machines. Follow all safety precautions and procedures, including proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices. Qualifications & Skills: Preferably 3-4 years’ experience with Machine Maintenance Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment. Familiarity with safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on night shifts. Knowledge or experience with SMT equipment will be considered an asset.
