Fondée il y a plus de 30 ans sous le nom Diffusion Resto Ltée, D Resto offre depuis tous les services administratifs, comptables, financiers et opérationnels à ses franchisés. Ils reçoivent tout le support dont un gestionnaire de restaurant a besoin pour opérer avec succès son établissement. Notamment connue pour sa gestion de restaurants Mikes (9), Scores(3) Bâton Rouge (4) (via Groupe Marketex Ltée) nous sommes représenté dans plusieurs région et villes du Québec. Notamment le Saguenay Lac St-Jean, Charlevoix, Québec, Trois-Rivières, Drummondville, Saint-Hyacinthe. Diffusion Resto Ltée gère également les restaurants Entre-Côte Riverin de Chicoutimi, Jonquière, Beauport et de Saint-Romuald de même que plusieurs autres entreprises établies et en développement.
