Reporting to the Director of Technical Services in Operations, and in collaboration with the second Maintenance Technician Supervisor, here is the day-to-day of the Maintenance Technician Supervisor: Responsibilities: Ensure weekly site visits and building inspections in support of building technicians, according to an established schedule; Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards at all work sites within the property portfolio; Monitor and ensure that MACH procedures are followed (inspection reports, CMMS, incident reports, safe work permits, Red Tags, hot work permits, etc.); Provide technical support to technicians; Coordinate with the alarm monitoring center for after-hours and weekend call handling, modifications, or additions; Coordinate vacation and personal leave requests for technicians; Manage technicians’ overtime; Review technician expense reports; Coordinate uniform distribution across Groupe MACH; Assess the needs of new buildings and familiarize oneself with them; Train new technicians; Assist with the implementation of new processes established by Groupe MACH; Collaborate with the property management team to ensure quality service; Work closely with other departments, including property management, development, and construction, as needed; Be on call and available to respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours; Promote skill development and ongoing training for team members; Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge through continuous education; Oversee the implementation of tasks via the Yardi platform; Provide monthly feedback to the Technical Director on issues related to assigned buildings; Perform any other related duties. Qualifications: DEC in Industrial Maintenance Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Building Systems Technology, or Certified Building Operator; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Yardi accounting system is an asset. Exigences

Requires a DEC in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Building Systems Technology, or a Certified Building Operator designation. A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
