You'll run your own calls with real autonomy: diagnose accurately, quote transparently, fix it properly, and document it in Compnay cam so every customer sees exactly what you did. You'll handle performance checks and preventative maintenance, take your share of emergency calls, and keep your service reports clean. When a system is genuinely done, you flag it for our comfort advisors ? you will NEVER be pushed to sell people equipment they don't need. And you'll mentor our junior techs, because A-players make the whole team better.
