Résumé du poste
Homeowner Concierge Full-Time | $60,000–$100,000+ a year | Base + Uncapped Commission This role is for someone who’s been waiting for the right place to build something. You’re the kind of person who asks a question and actually listens to the answer. You read between the lines. You don’t pitch – you explore. And when someone’s going through a hard time, you make them feel heard before you ever make a move. You’re also driven. You like owning your results. You don’t need someone checking up on you because you’re already thinking about the next call, the next follow-up, and how to get better than you were last month. About Us We’re a real estate investment company on a mission to become the greatest house buying company in Canada. We help homeowners in tough situations sell quickly, with dignity – no pressure, no games. We’ve been doing this for 15+ years and we’re growing fast. Our team is small enough that you’ll matter, and serious enough that you’ll grow. Everyone here has an opportunity to influence where the company goes. We’re not just offering a job – we’re building a company with people who think like owners, take initiative, and want to build real wealth alongside it. About the Role: Homeowner Concierge As our Homeowner Concierge, you’re the first voice a homeowner hears. Your job isn’t to pitch – it’s to listen, qualify, and guide. You’ll work inbound leads, build relationships with people in difficult situations, and hand off qualified opportunities to our Home Buying Specialists. You don’t need a real estate license. You do need to be genuinely good with people. You also need to be the kind of person who takes ownership, follows through relentlessly, and refuses to let opportunities fall through the cracks. What You’ll Be Doing Converting inbound leads into booked appointments through real conversation Qualifying homeowners with care and attention to their specific situation Owning consistent follow-up across your lead pipeline until every lead reaches a clear outcome Researching property values and gathering relevant deal data Keeping clean records in our CRM and coordinating next steps with acquisitions Showing up for team training, applying what you learn immediately, and continuously improving your craft What You’ll Get Base salary + uncapped commission + bonuses On-target earnings of $60K–$100K+, inclusive of base, commission and bonuses, driven directly by your performance Dental, vision, extended health, paid time off Full training & hands-on coaching – learn real estate from the inside Remote-first work (must have a quiet, professional setup – occasional in-person required for team meetings, showings, and other field tasks) Access to our library of world-class audiobooks & learning resources Supportive, high-trust team culture Leadership growth opportunities A place where initiative is noticed, trusted, and rewarded What We’re Looking For This role will suit you if: You’re more interested in understanding people than talking at them You handle rejection without taking it personally – and get back on the phone anyway You’re organized and consistent, not just energetic You’re competitive with yourself and always looking for ways to improve You want your income to reflect your performance You care deeply about helping people, but you also love winning You’ve had success in sales, customer service, hospitality, or any role where you had to earn trust fast You do what you say you’re going to do You don’t wait to be told – you figure it out and move You can work a set full-time schedule that includes 2 weekday evenings and one weekend day You are not right for this role if you need constant direction, avoid accountability, prefer talking over listening, or are looking for a comfortable job instead of an opportunity to grow. Our Core Values Be helpful & kind Solve problems Do what you say you’re going to do (have integrity) Learn, improve, grow Ready? We’re not the right fit for everyone – and that’s the point. If you’ve been in roles where you weren’t challenged, weren’t trusted, or were just a number – this is different. We’re building something exceptional, and we want people who are excited by the idea of helping build it – not just working for it. Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits Dental care Extended health care Mileage reimbursement Paid time off Vision care Ability To Commute/relocate North York, ON M3C 2E8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience sales: 1 year (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in North York, ON M3C 2E8 Ready to Grow with Us?
