The work H2 Analytics supports military, law enforcement, and security partners through practical, scenario-driven intelligence training delivered in operationally relevant environments worldwide. We are expanding our roster of contracted trainers to support short-duration international engagements on an as-needed basis. These are flexible, contract-based opportunities intended for professionals interested in supporting periodic training engagements rather than full-time employment. Current areas of instruction include: Intelligence Analysis & Tradecraft Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Online Mis/Dis/Malinformation (MDM) Source Handling & Evaluation Engagements are typically 1-2 weeks in duration and may support partners across Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and South America. What we’re looking for We are seeking experienced professionals with operational and instructional backgrounds in military, intelligence, law enforcement, or security environments. Ideal candidates possess a combination of the following experience: 5+ years of analytical experience within military, intelligence, law enforcement, or security environments Experience with geospatial and operational platforms such as ArcGIS, TAK, or equivalent systems Experience with analytical tools such as Gephi, i2 Analyst’s Notebook, Palantir, or similar platforms Ability to deliver practical, scenario-driven instruction in operationally relevant environments Native or professional fluency in a second language Engagement model This is a roster-based contractor opportunity intended for professionals interested in supporting training engagements on an as-needed basis. Engagement frequency will vary based on client requirements, regional needs, and subject-matter alignment. No minimum volume of work is guaranteed. Successful candidates may be considered for future opportunities across training delivery, scenario development, operational support, or full-time roles as H2 Analytics continues to grow. Depending on the nature of the engagement, contractors may be required to meet additional client or regional requirements, which can include travel readiness, insurance coverage, security screening, or other administrative prerequisites. How we use AI We may use AI-enabled tools to screen applications during the initial stage (for example, to identify relevant skills and experience in your resume). However, AI is not used to make final hiring decisions; all shortlisting and hiring decisions are made by our hiring team.
