This team is responsible for fabricating, insulating and assembling wall panels for air handling units. What we offer: Competitive pay: $21.80 - $30.00/hour, based on experience Steady Full-Time Hours: Consistent schedule all year round Comfortable Work Environment: Heated and air-conditioned workspace Comprehensive Benefits: Employer-paid Medical, Dental, and Life Insurance Paid Holiday & Wellness Program: Keep yourself healthy and happy Company-Sponsored Events: Enjoy team-building and social activities Safety Boot Reimbursements: Stay safe with our support Career Growth: Opportunities for advancement in a thriving company Respectful and Collaborative Culture: Join a team that values teamwork and mutual respect Your Responsibilities: Panel Fabrication: Construct and assemble wall panels according to specifications, following blueprints to ensure accuracy and structural integrity Insulation Application: Apply insulation materials and lining to panels Measurement and Precision: Use measuring tools to ensure precise cuts, alignments and assembly of panels Tool Use: Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, including drills and fastening devices Independent Work: Perform tasks independently with minimal supervision to meet production goals Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment with strong verbal and written communication skills Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Job Type: Full-time, indoor Starting Wage: $21.80-$30.00/based on experience Experience: Construction 1 year (Required) Skilled Labour 1 year (Required) Job Location: Kingston, ON (on-site) Shift Schedule Rotating early morning and afternoon shifts (Monday – Friday 5:45am - 2:15pm and Monday – Thursday 2:30pm - 12:30am) Every other Friday off Weekend shifts not required (occasional overtime is not mandatory and is dependent on factory needs) *Reliable transportation is required* This job posting is for an existing vacancy.
