Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Hairstylist who can deliver exceptional hair services and basic beauty treatments. You?ll work with a steady flow of clients, help grow your own clientele, and contribute to an upbeat salon experience. What We?re Looking For * Minimum 2+ years professional experience as a hairstylist * Strong technical skills in: * Women?s cutting & styling * Men haircuts * Hair coloring, highlights/lowlights * Balayage techniques * Professional, friendly demeanor with excellent client-care skills * Ability to upsell retail products and support salon revenue * Comfortable managing light front-desk tasks (scheduling, welcoming clients, processing payments) * Flexible availability including some evenings/weekends Preferred (Bonus) * Experience in threading(must), waxing, or facials What We Offer * Competitive hourly pay + tips * Opportunities to build your clientele and advance your skills * Employee product discounts and training support Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Flexible schedule * On-site parking Experience: * Hair styling: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
