*Job Summary* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service, assisting customers with their purchases, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. * Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system. * Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently while ensuring cash handling procedures are followed. * Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. * Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. * Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts. * Uphold high standards of customer service through effective phone etiquette when handling calls. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance. *Requirements* * Must be 18 years of age or older. * At least 1 year of customer service. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. * Proficiency in cash handling and cashiering duties. * Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided. * A proactive attitude towards selling and engaging customers is essential.
