Current Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario BCLS certification at time of hire Demonstrated leadership ability. Multi-patient medication administration. Ability to work independently. One year nursing experience in Long Term Care setting. Caring and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families. Good team player. Computer skills/RUGS III data entry an asset. Evidence of dedication to continuing education. Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills. Keen desire to work with the elderly. Satisfactory employment and attendance record.
