The Role: We are looking for a rockstar Registered Veterinary Technician to join our growing team! Our Technicians play a critical role on our medical team. You will work hand in hand with our veterinarians to deliver exceptional patient care. Your compassion, knowledge and positive energy will shine through as you work with pet owners. You are efficient, organized, collaborative and an excellent communicator. Key responsibilities: Patient care Supporting veterinarians during consultations Performing blood work and other diagnostics Administering medication Preparing and performing procedures Leading admission and discharge Client support & education Educating clients, responding to their questions and requests, and performing any follow up activities to support them (e.g., calls, reports) Collaborating with the broader team (e.g., reception, assistants) to provide exceptional service Providing guidance, education and support on key areas (e.g., nutrition, medication, wellness, etc.) Your Qualifications Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT), or eligible to register Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written) in English Ability to work days, nights and weekends Positive and welcoming attitude What’s in it for you?
