Our department 9 stacking position, Stacks, packs and assembles core and coil of various sizes. The main duties include- - Duties: * Work follows generally established methods and procedures which may be complex in nature, requiring a limited choice of action * Add core laminations as specified * Add mountings as specified * Block, pack and square core and coil as specified * Must be able to perform mechanical welds * Must have good knowledge of methods and techniques used in the manufacture of transformers QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be able to perform mechanical welds * Must have good knowledge of methods and techniques used in the manufacture of transformers Full-time Hourly Starting Rate - $27.73 Shift and Premium Pay Available: $1.00/hr. – Afternoon shift premium $1.50/hr. – Dedicated trainer premium $3.00/hr. – Shift advisor premium Full range - $27.73 - $31.51 – as per the collective agreement NOTE: Hammond Power Solutions encourages applications from all qualified candidates.
