Job Description SHEQ Advisor – ESSEX Salary: £40,000–£50,000 Benefits: Company Car & Fuel Card, Pension, Holiday Allowance A fantastic new opportunity has arisen with a rapidly growing construction business that has doubled its turnover in the past year. As the SHEQ Advisor, you’ll report directly to the Managing Director and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s Health & Safety culture, driving quality standards, and influencing best practice across all sites. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop SHEQ processes across the business Conduct audits, implement procedures, and ensure compliance Support site teams with safety guidance and quality improvements Influence and enhance company-wide SHEQ strategy Requirements NEBOSH qualified Strong experience in audits, procedures, and compliance Understanding of civils environments, traffic management, and cable routing If this role sparks your interest, please contact James Grant on 07596 947394.
