Role: Project Coordinator (Contract) Location: GTA (remote or hybrid options depending on project) Contract Duration: ~ 6 months Havas CX Canada is looking for a Jr. Project Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is a strong fit for someone with 2–4 years of experience in IT, technology, or digital project delivery who wants to grow their project management career in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll work alongside Project Managers and cross-functional teams across Strategy, UX, Design, Development, QA, and Client Services to help deliver digital and technology projects from planning through launch. What You’ll Do Support the day-to-day delivery of digital and technology projects. Build and maintain project plans, timelines, tasks, and delivery schedules. Create, assign, and track Jira tickets, ensuring tasks and deadlines stay on track. Coordinate across UX, Design, Development, QA, Strategy, and Client Services teams. Track project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items. Coordinate meetings, capture decisions, and follow up on next steps. Support sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, and other Agile activities. Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and status updates. Support QA, UAT, content, and launch activities. Flag risks, blockers, scope questions, and timeline concerns early. Take ownership of smaller projects or workstreams with support from Project Managers. What You Bring 2–4 years of project management experience in an IT, technology, digital, or agency environment. Hands-on experience with Jira. Exposure to digital project delivery, such as websites, applications, digital platforms, CRM, MarTech, or other technology initiatives. Understanding of the project lifecycle from requirements and planning through development, QA, and launch. Experience working with cross-functional teams. Strong organization and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and keep tasks moving. Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum delivery practices. Nice to Have Experience working in a digital, creative, technology, or consulting agency. Exposure to website, mobile, CRM, MarTech, or customer experience projects. Experience with Confluence or other project management and collaboration tools. Experience working directly with UX/UI, Development, and QA teams. The hourly range for this position is CAD $30-$50 with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background.
