QA Analyst (Contract)

QA Analyst Position: Contract (12 months) Location: Hybrid — 1–2 days per week on-site in downtown Toronto Overview Enverta Digital, Part of Havas Canada, is a marketing technology and customer engagement consultancy that helps brands design, build, and optimize modern marketing ecosystems. Working at the intersection of data, technology, and customer experience, we partner closely with clients to deliver CRM strategy, marketing operations, and scalable martech solutions. We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to support testing of mobile applications and data validation workflows, with exposure to content QA and accessibility testing. This role helps ensure high-quality, reliable, and accessible digital products. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical skills with hands-on testing experience and a solid understanding of QA methodologies, mobile ecosystems, and data integrity. Key Responsibilities Mobile QA Develop and execute comprehensive test cases Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing on iOS and Android applications Validate UI/UX consistency across devices, OS versions, and screen resolutions Perform cross-device and cross-platform testing on real devices and emulators (BrowserStack) Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to resolve issues Participate in client calls to discuss scope, approach and testing strategies Data QA Validate data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems and environments Perform backend and database testing (SQL queries, data comparisons, API validation) Verify ETL processes Document and analyze data discrepancies Attend calls with stakeholders Accessibility Testing Conduct accessibility testing following the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines Perform tests using assistive technologies Conduct accessibility audits using both automated tools and manual testing Content QA Review content for accuracy, formatting, and consistency across platforms Validate links, images, dynamic content Ensure layouts and functionality render correctly across devices and platforms Ensure adherence to brand and editorial guidelines Qualifications, Experience & Skills 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on mobile and data QA Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (iOS and Android) Experience with data validation techniques (SQL, APIs, or data pipelines) Familiarity with accessibility standards Experience with bug tracking tools Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving Additional Information This role represents an active vacancy at Enverta Digital (a Havas company). The salary range for this position is CAD $35-50/hour, with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background. The role involves executing functional, regression, and accessibility testing for mobile applications on iOS and Android. Additionally, the analyst will validate data integrity through SQL queries and API validation while ensuring content accuracy across platforms.

Candidates need over 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on mobile and data QA. Proficiency in SQL, API validation, and familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards are required.
