A highly respected and well‑established General Contractor, known as one of Western Canada's top Tenant Improvement builders, is expanding into the Calgary market and is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the charge. With over 20 years of proven success delivering high‑end retail and office TI projects from $100K to $20M, this company is now growing its presence in Alberta. This hire will be a key leader in the region, with a clear pathway to Project Director as the Calgary team scales. If you’re an experienced construction leader looking to take ownership of a new market, build a team, and shape a regional operation from the ground up, this is a rare opportunity.
