We are hiring a Solutions Architect, Networking and Cybersecurity for a permanent position on behalf of well-established organization in Laval, Quebec. You will join a team of 10 IT Solution Architects, reporting to the VP Solutions and Technologies. To be successful in your new role as an IT Solutions Architect, you specialize in networking and cybersecurity to support company’s clients in the development of innovative, high-performance technological solutions adapted to their business challenges. More than an Architect, we are looking for a trusted advisor who can understand clients' needs, popularize technical concepts and recommend the best solutions to support their growth and transformation. On a daily basis, you will work closely with Account Managers and technical specialists to design and provide scalable solutions for corporate and government clients. You will be responsible for: Analyze customer needs and recommend the technological solutions best suited to their business Demonstrate expertise in your field of expertise by acting as a technical and strategic advisor to customers and account managers in the sales department; Participate in technological monitoring and the identification of market trends related to field of expertise and make recommendations to the team; Stay on top of new technology trends and actively participate in the achievement of training and technical certifications objectives established with your Manager Ensure and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers in order to contribute and actively collaborate in the development of various service offerings and technological solutions. This position is for you if you: Are recognized for your ability to quickly establish a relationship of trust with customers and to understand their business issues; Have ability to translate complex technological concepts into clear, concrete recommendations adapted to your audience; You combine solid expertise in networking and cybersecurity with a strategic advisor approach; You enjoy presenting solutions, influencing decisions and supporting customers in their technological transformation. Ideal candidate profile Have solid expertise in networking and cybersecurity and be able to design, position and recommend IT architectures that meet the business challenges of organizations; Have expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto and HPE Aruba solutions; Hold relevant certifications related to these technologies is an important asset; 5 years of experience in technology solution architecture or a similar consulting role is an asset; Hold a University Degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field; Be fluent in French and English, both oral and written, to interact with customers, partners and suppliers, as well as to participate in training, events and industry conferences. Be solution-oriented with customer satisfaction in mind; Strong team spirit and collaboration; Willingness to participate in continuous education and training Excellent presentation and communication skills; Leadership, autonomy and sense of initiative; Strategic vision and business acumen; Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence;

Exigences

Candidates should have a university degree and approximately 5 years of experience in solution architecture or consulting. Proficiency in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and HPE Aruba solutions, along with bilingualism in English and French, is required.
