Job description: Job Summary HCLTech's Enterprise Transformation Services practice is looking for an enthusiastic and analytically sharp EHS Functional Consultant to join our growing EHS & ESG Center of Excellence, based from one of our key India delivery centres. This is an entry-to-mid level consulting role designed for professionals with 3–6 years of EHS/ESG functional experience who are eager to build deep expertise in EHS technology platforms — including Intelex (EHSQ), Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, Tririga, and Metrio — while delivering impactful projects for US-based enterprise clients. In this role, you will work under the guidance of senior Solution Consultants and Solution Architects, supporting the configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support of EHS and ESG platform solutions. You will engage directly with client EHS coordinators, compliance officers, and system administrators, helping translate their EHS programme requirements into working platform configurations. A willingness to learn, a strong eye for detail, and a client-service mindset are the essential qualities for success in this role. Key Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Configure and support Intelex, Enhesa, and EHS/ESG modules. Gather requirements and prepare BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, and process documentation. Execute UT, SIT, UAT, defect tracking, and data validation. Support integrations, data migration, and master data management. Develop training materials and provide go-live/hypercare support. Collaborate with clients, project teams, and participate in Agile delivery. Skill Requirements 3-6 years of EHS/ESG consulting, implementation, or compliance experience.Hands-on experience with Intelex, Enhesa, Enablon, SAP EHS, or similar platforms.Experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk, Waste, MOC, or Training Management modules.Knowledge of EPA, OSHA, RCRA, ISO 14001/45001, and ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD).Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, and SharePoint.Ability to work in India-US overlap hours.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing experience preferred.
