In the role of Project Manager - Environmental Assessments, we'll count on you to: Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle (from development & initiation to close-out) Responsible for all aspects of large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high degree of technical complexity, involving a large project staff Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on schedule Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and schedule Work with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviews Implement QA/QC procedures Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers Perform other duties as needed Preferred Qualifications A license/certification in a related field A minimum of 10 years related experience A minimum of 5 years project management experience Experience working on MTO, Halton Region, York Region, Peel Region, Durham Region or City of Toronto projects preferred Experience developing and delivering public and stakeholder engagement materials Knowledge and application of the Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) process, Transit and Rail Project Assessment Process (TRPAP), TAC Manual, MTO Geometrics Design Manual Excellent oral and written communication skills Fluency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project and Powerpoint) Progressive and innovative approach to problem solving an asset *LI-MR1 Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering 7 years related experience A minimum 2 years project management experience Requires professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board for the location of the position offered. Example: Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license. MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus) Demonstrated leadership skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe HDR is our company. Exigences
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a professional engineering license (P.Eng). A minimum of 10 years of related experience, including at least 2 years in project management, is required.
