Role and Facility Information Family Physician Opportunity – Join Our Thriving Medical Team in Beautiful West Kelowna! Towne Centre Medical Clinic is a well-established community clinic that has been serving the region for over 25 years. We are seeking a Family Physician to join our group practice in an under-serviced community of approximately 41,000 residents. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding practice in a supportive, collaborative environment. Role & Responsibilities Accept new patients and provide longitudinal care. Conduct family practice phone calls and in-person visits, managing health issues as they arise. Complete thorough EMR documentation of all encounters using Accuro, and manage results in accordance with College guidelines. Work within our clinic hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm) and set your own schedule. Participate in team coverage for vacations, illnesses, and absences to ensure continuity of care. Why Join Us? Request Info Terms Compensation Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration $200,000 - $450,000 Billing Split 75/25 Benefits and Incentives Vacation Leave 8-10 weeks Other Benefits/Incentives The 75/25 split exists to cover overhead costs ( lease, staff, EMR, janitorial etc ). Under the longitudinal family practice model*, each physician retains 100% of his or her panel payments. Provide longitudinal care to new and existing patients through phone calls and in-person visits. Manage health issues and maintain thorough EMR documentation using Accuro in accordance with College guidelines.

Must be a qualified Family Physician capable of managing a full patient load in a community clinic setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and participate in coverage for colleagues is required.
