As a Pilates Instructor, you will lead classes, provide personalized instruction, and foster a welcoming environment for all participants. Bilingual candidates who can communicate in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese are highly encouraged to apply. *Responsibilities* * Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels. * Develop tailored workout plans that meet the specific needs of clients. * Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure participants perform exercises safely and effectively. * Provide constructive feedback to enhance client performance and motivation. * Maintain a clean and organized studio environment. * Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. * Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring timely start and end times for each session. * Stay updated on the latest Pilates trends and techniques to continually improve teaching methods. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar fitness role is preferred. * Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients. * Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus. * Demonstrated customer service experience with an emphasis on building rapport with clients. * Effective time management skills to handle class schedules and client appointments efficiently. * Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and collaboration within the studio environment.
