Position #: 9010659 Expected Start Date: September 08, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Battlefords Union Hospital City/Town: North Battleford Department: Centralized Intake Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Number of Hours per Rotation: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Assessor Coordinator - Degree $36.721 to $44.902 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the screening and coordination of initial service requests for all programs within Mental Health and Addictions Services (MHAS) in the Saskatchewan Health Authority. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree provides screening, triage, assessment for urgency/risk, and coordinates case assignments. The position facilitates crisis response and short-term support for services to clients presenting with a variety of mental health and addictions issues. The Assessor Coordinator - Degree provides consultation to Community Agencies and Programs, regarding services available in Mental Health and Addiction Services (MHAS). The incumbent is responsible for screening, triaging, and coordinating initial service requests for mental health and addictions programs. They facilitate crisis response, perform risk assessments, and provide consultation to community agencies regarding available services.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a related Health Science or Social Science discipline. A valid Class 5 driver's license and the ability to travel within the service delivery area are required.
