Supports clients/patients/residents in meeting their physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs. Provides personal care and activities of daily living to support the physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs of patients. Encourages an optimum level of functioning for all residents and clients within the nursing unit.

Requires a Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certificate and the ability to work independently. Candidates must also possess strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
