The cook is responsible for the organization, production, and distribution of food and beverages within the health complex. They must ensure efficient service while working independently in a healthcare environment.

Applicants must hold a Journeyperson Cook certificate or a Health Care Cook Certificate and have completed Grade 10. A valid driver's license and a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search are also required.
