The Medical Laboratory Assistant is responsible for the collection, handling, and processing of specimens. They must perform these pre-analytical tasks accurately within a hospital environment.

Applicants must possess a Medical Laboratory Assistant certificate and demonstrate proficiency in computer and data entry skills. A valid driver's license and a criminal record check with a vulnerable sector search are also required.
