Active participation in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology and patient family centered care. Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision and values by providing safe quality nursing care to clients. This unit supports both orthopedic patients and a small number of medicine oncology patients. Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or a nursing diploma and be registered or eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan. A Basic Cardiac Life Support certificate is also required for this position.
