Develops, plans, organizes, and delivers therapeutic programs to enhance the holistic well-being of residents. Ensures care addresses the mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural needs of clients.

Requires a Therapeutic Recreation diploma and basic computer skills. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities, along with a valid driver's license.
