What You Will Do Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a community pharmacy setting Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health concerns Review and adapt prescriptions as appropriate within scope Administer vaccines and other injections Collaborate with prescribers and healthcare teams to optimize therapy Support and coach pharmacy assistants and technicians Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and regulatory standards What You Bring Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in British Columbia, or eligibility to register Injection certification, or willingness to obtain preferred but not required Strong clinical judgment and a patient-first mindset A genuine interest in connecting with people and building long-term patient relationships What We Offer $60-$65 per hour $1,500 annual wellness account for health, fitness, and personal development 3% employer RRSP match through Commonwealth Comprehensive health and dental benefits through Equitable Life - 100% employer paid premiums Paid CE days and access to company-wide continuing education events A positive, kind, and people-first workplace where your ideas matter Where You Will Find Us We operate locally owned pharmacies across Greater Victoria (Fairfield, Shelbourne, Cadboro Bay, St. Anthony’s, Sidney) and the North Island (Campbell River and Courtenay).
