As a locally owned, people-first pharmacy group, we’re looking for a Pharmacy Manager who leads with compassion, builds strong teams, and ensures high-quality patient care every day. Why You’ll Love Working With Us Real work-life balance - No late nights A collaborative, respectful, and adaptable culture Strong support from HR, accounting and operations Leadership development and funded CE opportunities A workplace where your ideas truly matter What You Will Do Lead, support, and develop the pharmacy team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment Build strong patient relationships and ensure a consistently patient-centered approach Provide full-scope pharmacist services, including minor ailments prescribing, adaptations, renewals, immunizations, and medication reviews Oversee daily operations, workflow, cleanliness, organization, and smooth communication within the team Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and vacation planning to support safe and efficient operations Maintain regulatory compliance, update policies and procedures, and lead safety and quality-improvement initiatives Oversee inventory, ordering, formulary adherence, cycle counts, and accurate billing and reconciliation Monitor financial performance and support strategies for growth, audit readiness, and strong clinical service delivery Encourage team clinical development in OTC counselling, healthy living, and prescription therapy Collaborate closely with front store leadership on business planning and integrated operations Build relationships with local healthcare providers and participate in organization-wide manager meetings What You Bring Current BC pharmacist license Previous community pharmacy management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and commitment to patient safety Ability to work alternating weekends A people-first mindset and desire to support a positive team culture What We Offer $65-70 per hour $1,500 annual wellness account 3% employer RRSP match 100% employer-paid health and dental benefits Paid CE days and company-wide education events A positive, kind, community-focused workplace Apply Today If you’re passionate about patient care and excited to lead a supportive, people-first pharmacy team, we’d love to hear from you.
