What You'll Be Doing Receive Orders for the Central Alberta Ready Mix Market. Enter orders in Dispatch Scheduling Program. Schedule RMC Drivers based on scheduling requirements. Ticket Ready Mix Trucks in-line with the daily schedule. Support Dispatch Supervisor through daily operations. Collaborate with Batch Plant Operators and team members to support efficient operations. Assist Batch Plant staff in scheduling repairs on Ready Mix Plants. What Are We Looking For Exposure to fast paced Ready Mix Operations is an asset. Experience working specifically with Concrete Batching/Scheduling. Strong multitasking skillset. Troubleshoot customer concerns and conflict resolution. Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work well alone as well as a strong team player. Safety focused mindset with strong emphasis on Hazard Identification. Conditions of Employment Must successfully complete a post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Performance will be Evaluated on a 30/60/90-day coaching program conducted by direct supervisor. Work Environment This role operates primarily in the Central Dispatch Office in Red Deer, AB This role is representative of the entire Central Alberta Ready Mix Group. This role requires flexibility, including extended work hours during peak seasons and a varying schedule that may include early mornings and late evenings. The dispatcher is responsible for receiving orders, entering them into the scheduling program, and coordinating ready mix truck deliveries. They also collaborate with batch plant operators to ensure efficient daily operations and assist with plant maintenance scheduling.

Candidates should have experience in ready mix operations or concrete batching and possess strong multitasking and conflict resolution skills. A safety-focused mindset and the ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and late evenings, are required.
