What You’ll Be Doing Diagnose, maintain, and repair heavy-duty mobile and stationary equipment safely and efficiently Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems Document work completed and communicate equipment status clearly with operations teams Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance and safety What Are We Looking For Red Seal Journeyperson certification as a Heavy Duty Equipment Technician Demonstrated ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical systems Strong commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and regulatory compliance Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills and a problem-solving mindset Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Verification of age will be required as a condition of employment. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
