What You'll Be Doing * Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and stockpile materials. * Conduct pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly. * Maintain consistent material flow to support plant and site production needs. * Follow all safety procedures, policies, and environmental regulations. * Perform routine housekeeping and keep work areas clean and organized. What Are We Looking For * Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial, construction, quarry, or similar environment. * Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices. * Ability to perform equipment inspections, recognize mechanical concerns, and communicate issues effectively. * Dependable team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs. Conditions of Employment * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check. * Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. Work Environment * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
